Who is writing to you
Recenzo is a service that businesses (salons, clinics, workshops and others) use to send customers an appointment confirmation, a reminder and a review request. The message was sent by the business where you booked your appointment; its name is in the message.
Why you received it
When booking, you agreed to receive messages about your appointment.
How to stop
Click the unsubscribe link in the message (in an email it is also at the bottom, and many mail apps show an “Unsubscribe” button); it applies to that business. You can also block the sender “Recenzo” in Viber, but then you won't receive messages from other businesses that use Recenzo either. You can also write to us at kontakt@recenzzo.com with your phone number.
Your data
We keep only your name, phone number and appointment details. You can ask to see or delete them: kontakt@recenzzo.com.
